Account & Data Deletion Request

1. Overview

This page explains how users of AI Logo Generator - Esports by Quantum Appx can request access, correction, deletion, or removal of account data, guest data, AI-generated output images, prompts, AI processing data where technically possible, report/flag records, and related app data.

The App includes in-app links for Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Data Delete Request, and account deletion controls.

2. Delete Your Account Inside the App

If you have an account or guest profile in the App, you can start deletion directly from inside the App.

1. Open the App.
2. Go to Manage Profile.
3. Scroll down.
4. Press the Account Delete option.

Deleting your account may remove or anonymize eligible account information, generated images, prompt history, saved/generated content, guest/user references, and related records associated with your account or guest ID.

3. Guest, Google, and Email Users

The App can be used as a guest, with Google Sign-In, or with email signup/login. To help us locate your data, include the correct identifier in your request.

4. What You Can Request

You may request action related to the following data:

• Account information such as name, email, profile photo, user ID, guest ID, or authentication reference.
• Generated logos/images stored on our server and linked with user ID or guest ID.
• Saved/generated content and AI image history where available.
• Recent prompts, prompt history, and AI generation instructions stored for app functionality.
• AI processing deletion request forwarding to Dezgo or another third-party AI provider where technically possible.
• AI output report/flag records, where eligible for deletion or anonymization.
• Premium, subscription, credits, or purchase-related account status.
• Correction or update of inaccurate account information.

Please include enough information for us to verify and locate your account/data. Do not send your password, payment card details, private documents, or sensitive personal information.

6. Processing Time

After receiving your request, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity and locate your account, guest profile, generated output, prompt history, or related data.

We aim to review and process eligible verified user data requests within 30 days.

7. AI Processing Data

The App uses third-party AI providers, including Dezgo, for text-to-image and image-to-image generation.

We do not permanently store the original image that you provide with a prompt on our own server. The original image and prompt may be transmitted directly to Dezgo or another AI provider for processing. AI providers may temporarily retain AI job input/output data for approximately 25 to 30 days according to their own service practices.

Generated output images may be stored on our server and linked with your user ID or guest ID to show history, restore generated images after reinstall where possible, and support download/share features.

If you request AI processing deletion, we will review your request and forward or process it with the relevant AI provider where technically possible. Some third-party AI data may already be deleted automatically according to the provider’s retention schedule.

8. AI Output Report / Flag Requests

The AI generator output screen includes a report/flag option. If you flag an AI-generated image, the reported image may be reviewed, removed from the App/server where appropriate, and similar unsafe or problematic prompt patterns may be restricted in future generations.

Report/flag requests may include the flagged image, related prompt, user ID or guest ID, report reason/details where provided, and moderation status. This information may be retained as needed for safety, abuse prevention, content moderation, security, and compliance.

You may also email us at support@quantumappx.com if you want to request removal of a generated image or have concerns about an AI output.

9. Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary or required for legitimate purposes, including:

• Billing, subscription, credits, purchase verification, refund support, tax, and accounting.
• Fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security, and platform integrity.
• Legal, regulatory, compliance, or dispute-resolution requirements.
• Crash logs, diagnostic records, and analytics where needed for app stability and security.
• Report/flag records needed to prevent repeated unsafe outputs or misuse.

Where possible, retained data will be minimized, restricted, anonymized, or separated from active user profiles.
