1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Quantum Appx (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the Android app AI Logo Generator - Esports, previously or also known on Google Play as Esports Logo Maker (“App”).

The App provides esports logo creation, AI logo generation, text-to-image generation, image-to-image generation, ready-made esports logos, templates, wallpapers, fonts, shapes, prompt collections, saved designs, sharing, premium plans, credits, and related design tools.

2. Age Requirement

The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. The App is not directed to children. Users should not upload photos, personal data, or content relating to children or minors unless they have proper legal authority and consent.

If we become aware that data from a minor has been submitted in violation of this Privacy Policy, we may take reasonable steps to delete or restrict that data.

3. Account, Guest, and Login Information

Users may access the App as a guest, continue with Google, or create/sign in with an email account.

We do not store or access user passwords in readable plain-text form. Authentication information is protected through security controls used by the App and its authentication providers.

4. Information We Collect or Process

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect or process the following types of information:

• Name, email address, user ID, guest ID, profile photo, and authentication identifiers.
• Text prompts, ready-made prompt selections, prompt history, and AI editing instructions.
• Generated logos/images, generated image file paths or references, and saved/generated content linked with user ID or guest ID.
• Device ID or device-related identifiers, Advertising ID, app usage analytics, crash logs, diagnostic data, and push notification tokens.
• Premium plan, credits, subscription status, purchase status, product ID, order/purchase references, and billing-related identifiers.
• AI output report/flag information, such as the flagged generated image, related prompt, user/guest ID, report details where provided, and moderation status.

We do not collect contacts, precise location, microphone recordings, or camera recordings as part of the current App features described in this Privacy Policy.

5. AI Image Processing and Dezgo

The App uses third-party AI processing services, including Dezgo, to provide AI logo generation, text-to-image generation, and image-to-image generation.

Third-party AI providers may temporarily process and retain AI job input/output data according to their own service operation, security, and retention practices. Such AI job data may be retained for approximately 25 to 30 days before being deleted or wiped according to the provider’s practices.

If you want AI processing data removed earlier where technically possible, you may contact us at support@quantumappx.com. We will review the request and forward or process it with the relevant AI provider where technically possible.

6. Generated Images, Saved Designs, and Prompts

AI-generated output images may be stored on our GoDaddy/server infrastructure and linked with your user ID or guest ID. This allows the App to show your generated image history, restore generated results after reinstall where possible, support download/share features, and provide app functionality.

Saved designs may be stored locally in the App and/or linked with your account or guest ID depending on how the feature is used. Prompt history and recent prompts may be stored on our server so users can access recent prompt activity and reuse prompts.

Generated output images, prompt history, and related records remain stored until you delete your account, request deletion, remove the content where supported, or until we no longer need the data for app functionality, security, legal, or service operation purposes.

7. AI Output Report / Flag Feature

The AI generator output screen includes a report/flag option. If a user flags a generated image, we may process the report to review, remove, restrict, or prevent similar problematic outputs.

When an AI output is reported, we may process the flagged image, related prompt, user ID or guest ID, report time, and any report reason/details provided by the user. Reported images may be removed from the App/server where appropriate, and similar prompt patterns or unsafe prompt categories may be restricted in future generations to improve safety and reduce repeated harmful content.

Report/flag information may be retained as needed for moderation, abuse prevention, safety improvement, security, and compliance.

8. Android Permissions

The App may request or use the following Android permissions to operate its features:

• Internet/network permissions are used for AI processing, server communication, ads, analytics, authentication, billing, and app services.
• Wallpaper permission allows users to set wallpapers from the App.
• Storage permission may be used on older Android versions to save, download, or share generated logos, images, wallpapers, or design files.
• Notification permission may be used for updates, feature notices, credits, premium offers, or promotional messages.
• Billing permission supports subscriptions, premium plans, and credits through Google Play Billing.
• Advertising ID permission supports ads, ad personalization where allowed, ad measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and analytics.

9. How We Use Information

We use collected or processed information to operate, maintain, secure, personalize, and improve the App, including to:

• Provide AI logo generation, text-to-image, and image-to-image features.
• Show ready-made logos, templates, wallpapers, fonts, shapes, categories, and prompt collections.
• Save and display generated output images, prompt history, and saved designs.
• Manage guest sessions, Google Sign-In, email accounts, logout, password change/reset, and account deletion.
• Provide premium plans, credits, subscription access, purchase verification, and billing support.
• Show rewarded ads, interstitial ads, and personalized ads where allowed by consent and law.
• Analyze app usage, fix bugs, improve performance, detect crashes, and prevent abuse.
• Process AI output reports/flags, remove reported generated images where appropriate, and restrict similar prompts or unsafe prompt categories.
• Respond to privacy, deletion, data access, support, copyright, and AI processing requests.

We use third-party services and SDKs to operate, secure, analyze, monetize, and improve the App. These may include:

11. Ads, Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions

The App may display ads through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads and interstitial ads. Where consent and applicable law allow, ads may be personalized using device identifiers, Advertising ID, app activity, and ad interaction data.

The App may offer premium plans, subscriptions, and credits through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store full payment card details. We may store purchase-related information such as purchase status, subscription status, credits balance, product ID, purchase token, order reference, expiration/renewal status, and billing-related identifiers to provide premium access and support.

12. Data Sharing

We may share or transmit data only as necessary for app functionality, service operation, security, analytics, advertising, billing, support, legal compliance, and user-requested features.

• AI processing data may be transmitted to Dezgo or another AI provider when you use AI features.
• Authentication, analytics, crash, ads, billing, and notification data may be processed by Google/Firebase services and related providers.
• Generated output images, prompts, and user/guest references may be processed on our GoDaddy/server infrastructure for app functionality.
• Data may be disclosed where required for legal, safety, compliance, fraud prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We do not sell user photos, uploaded images, generated images, prompts, saved designs, account information, or purchase data.

13. Data Storage and Retention

• Original uploaded images: We do not permanently store original user input images on our own server. They may be sent directly to third-party AI providers for processing.
• Third-party AI data: AI providers such as Dezgo may retain AI job input/output data for approximately 25 to 30 days according to their service practices.
• Generated output images: Generated images may be stored on our server and linked with user ID or guest ID until the user deletes the account, requests deletion, removes content where supported, or the data is no longer needed.
• Prompts: Prompts and prompt history may be retained until the user requests deletion, deletes their account/data, or the data is no longer needed for app functionality.
• Account data: Account data may be retained while the account remains active and deleted or anonymized after verified deletion, except where retention is required for legal, billing, security, fraud prevention, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.
• Reports/flags: AI output report/flag records may be retained as needed for moderation, safety, abuse prevention, and compliance.
• Purchase data: Purchase-related records may be retained as needed for billing verification, refunds, tax/accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

14. Account Deletion and Data Requests

The App provides an account deletion option. You can delete your account from inside the App:

1. Open the App.
2. Go to Manage Profile.
3. Scroll down.
4. Press the Account Delete option.

You may also request account deletion, generated image deletion, prompt deletion, AI processing deletion, correction, or data access by contacting us at support@quantumappx.com.

We aim to review and process eligible verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained where necessary for billing, refund support, fraud prevention, security, legal, tax, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

15. Sensitive Content and User Responsibility

Please do not upload sensitive, private, confidential, illegal, or unauthorized images. This includes government IDs, passports, bank cards, payment information, medical records, legal documents, private or intimate photos, photos of children or minors, photos of another person without permission, copyrighted/trademarked content without rights, or illegal/harmful content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right, consent, and permission to upload, edit, generate, save, download, share, or use any image, prompt, logo, design, or generated content submitted through the App.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, similar to existing designs, or unsuitable for commercial, trademark, legal, or official use. Review generated content carefully before using it for branding, business, publishing, or commercial purposes.

16. Templates, Wallpapers, Logos, Fonts, Shapes, and Rights Requests

The App may display esports logos, ready-made templates, wallpapers, fonts, shapes, prompt collections, references, and design materials sourced from different platforms, publicly available resources, user submissions, or created for illustrative and creative purposes.

We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, copyrighted images, characters, fonts, or other protected materials unless clearly stated. All respective rights remain with their original owners.

If you are a rights owner and believe content in the App infringes your rights, contact us at support@quantumappx.com with valid ownership details and enough information for us to identify and review the content.

17. Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include authentication controls, access restrictions, secure communication where supported, server security practices, and limited access to user-related data.

No method of internet transmission, mobile app communication, server storage, or electronic processing is completely secure. Users should avoid uploading highly sensitive or confidential information through the App.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in app features, AI processing, third-party services, legal requirements, platform policies, or business practices. When updated, we will revise the “Last Updated” date on this page.
